What do I need to bring on the day of my rental?
A valid driver's license, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. Life jackets and safety gear are provided.
What is your cancellation policy?
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of the departure time. If reservations are made within 24 hours of departure time, no changes can be made. If we have to cancel due to weather or any other circumstance, we are able to reschedule you. Thank you.
Where do I check in for my rental?
Check in at 8385 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34209. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
